Size was too small, not sure about any exchange policy once they’ve been out of the package and washed

Hi Ken! This is amazing to hear! Thank you!

I initially ordered a size that was too small. I didn’t even realize they have a policy that allows you to get a 1 time replacement for a pair that doesn’t fit and I emailed them about maybe a discount on a new pair in a larger size. They immediately offered to send me a new pair and did so but it was the same size as the ones that were too small. I didn’t notice that Until I washed them and tried them on. I emailed again and after explaining what happened they sent me a 3rd pair that fit perfectly. I’m happy with the customer service response and I love the underwear that fit. I will definitely be ordering more!

Made a big ordre, and it didnt get delivered. I made it clear to the company, that it was missing. The could see the delivered was not made, and it was heading back. 25 emails and 3 months waiting, still nothing. After 1 month I made it clear, that I just wanna have my money back. But they refuse, and made it my problem, they didnt delivered it. I think they have a problem with the delivery company, not me. No service, no respect. Ordre #CRG7015
