No word when i get my shipment, frustrating says label.made but waiting for shipper

So I ordered a bottle of cold pressed black cumin and the shipping label was created on the July 7th today is the 10th there has been no further movement they're not answering my calls they're not answering my emails this may be 54 bucks down the drain but I am also posting them on all of my websites that do not use them. SHE SAID THAT I COULD GIVE HER THE AMAZON ORDER NUMBER AND SHE WOULD CREDIT MY PURCHASE. I GAVE HER THE ONLY NUMBER AMAZON GAVE ME AND SHE SAID THAT WAS NOT GOOD. I CALLED A SECOND TIME AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT IT SHOULD BE WHITE AND NOT TO USE IT. I HAVE HIS BOTTLE OF WHATEVER IT IS AND AM CONCERNED THAT YOU DO NOT WANT IT BACK TO SEE WHAT WENT WRONG WITH IT NOT BEING THE CORRECT PRODUCT. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL ?????????
