Excellent merchandise. Love the dust ruffle and shams. Bed looks great

I ordered satin shams for the second time. They are beautiful. Great quality. Arrived very quickly. Ordering more.

Product was delivered on time, nice quality & a perfect color. Very pleased. Unfortunately, customer service was not the best. I was put on hold three times & never talked to anyone. On the last time, she was again too busy to help so I gave her my phone number & she never called back.

I ordered two eyelet bed skirts and shams. They are perfect! And, I was amazed at how quickly the order was processed.

The service was good and the people were nice. When the dust ruffle and pillow shams ordered arrived, I realized (my fault) should have been cream instead of white. I returned them k owing that the cream was backordered. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and still no order. I'm not waiting much longer before I ask for my refund. The folks there were nice.

Perfect fit. Superior quality material

My experience with the satin sheets, zippered pillowcases, and duvet covers has been very good. All have served well. I have bought the burgundy, red, gold, and pale green. The color and material have held up good.

No problems with order. Fast shipping and well packed. Great selections and good prices. Thanks.
