I'm not satisfied at all with this experience. The LeetCode Premium got banned within 2 weeks of use. Once reported to customer support, no clear resolution was provided. The customer support replies whenever they want to respond, it can be a delay of days until they just send you 1 message with no meaningful resolution. I have 1 week since I reported the issue and no resolution was provided.

DO NOT BUY !! I bought an account. I have problem to sign in. it says Something went wrong please try later! and also after I contacted the support for my account, they asked me to remove my review and they will fix my account. As I understand they are scams.

Scammers, they are scammers, ordered an account on wednesday and practically we are on sunday, no response from anyone, supposedly I was supposed to get it by email but nothing arrived yet. Contacted them through their website chat AND whatsapp and got no response from anyone since days ago.

It have been longtime to order atleast 24 hour but my product is not delivered but main problem is this they don't respond to the messages it feels like I am scammed by it my product order no. Is #31512 but I know my money is wasted so I aware all of you and who that will come to read this review and request don't waste your money

This is clearly a fake website. I purchased an ET subscription on 12 Nov 2025, and after payment they said it is unavailable and the amount will be refunded. They even shared a fake refund screenshot. After waiting the whole day, nothing was refunded. They then asked me to wait 5 more days, but even after that, no refund came. Now they are not replying on WhatsApp or Telegram. I chased multiple times, still no response.
