My shoes were shipped quickly and were beautiful. My only issue was the wrong size was shipped to me. Customer service responded quickly, sent a return label, and I was shipped out the correct pair within a week. I really appreciated the service provided and I love my Louboutins. I will definitely order from Shop375 going forward! My shoes arrived with the box, dust bags, and tips just as if purchases directly from the boutique.

Good service, good communication, fast delivery option. I can't give half star so one minus for not having a recite on the package with the price of the item and the item itself. I had to get it from customs office for a not declared packaging.

Great customer service, good product selection and good prices. Bought Dior ballerinas which were discounted and then I got 10% off as a first order, which was a huge bonus. The only niggle is the shipping. It’s very expensive for something that takes over 2 weeks to arrive to an international destination. It’s not 1997, so nothing should cost $65 and take 2 weeks to reach the destination. Majority e-commerce businesses charge little or no shipping for orders above $300 and use DHL which takes 2-3 days to arrive.
