HAD TO CALL YOU 15 DAYS AFTER ORDERING CHAIR. WAS LOST IN YOUR SYSTEM. CALLED AND EMAIL TO CANCEL ORDER. THE SAME DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED I GOT A EMAIL AND CALL THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED OUT. CHAIR WORKS FINE, SERVICE SUCKED!

We are sorry about this John. Your payment didn't pass the fraud review checks put in place by the card processors and we didn't act quick enough to manually approve it. That was the cause of the delay initially, and coincidentally the day that these were approved was the day that we agreed to cancel it, but it had already gone out to the warehouse at that point. Doubly bad timing. We can only apologize, we should have been quicker on the fraud review checks, that was our honest mistake after some staff turnover. It's not our normal way of operating, just a genuine oversight from us.
