Customer service absolutely rubbish. E-mailed,phoned tried to leave a message they will not reply or respond. Purchased a treadmill 6 moths, has developed a fault and trying to correct. Going to pursue through the Credit Card Dept.

I never received my item and the issue hasn't been resolved still

I have called twice for replacement part and at every time the associate says we will contact you via email regarding your request and I don’t receive anything

I'd have done a zero star rating buy it wasn't an option. This company is pathetic. Returned a defective product and was told I had to pay for shipping myself. That was 73.00. They said I'd get a full refund once item was received. Amazon covered my 73.00 shipping cost as they have an A-Z guarantee. That was fantastic. This third party seller 247 USA found out that Amazon covered my shipping and decided to only cover 34.00 of my return adding up to my total cost of the product. Being still out the 73.00, Amazon AGAIN covered that amount that 247 screwed me on. Worst customer service ever. They screwed amazon also allowing them to cover all but 33.00 of the entire cost. Pathetic seller.

I bought an inflatable turkey and it doesn't inflate right. I wrote to the company it took time to get back, then they wanted the invoice information, then they asked for a picture. Asking for the invoice ok but then a picture. I just am tired of the back and forth so I told them to forget it.

Never received item

We ordered a treadmill from this company last week. It arrived very promptly. Once we opened the package and started to build this "folding treadmill" it became apparent that this was not going to be possible.One of the bottom blocking pins securing the upright handlebars was out of alignment meaning that only one side would be secure. Then, the top locking pins was also do badly out of alignment that this too was impossible to secure, on fact the plastic knurled handle to it broke into three pieces. I then tried to ring this company to discuss how to return this faulty item. The automatic telephone system let s you ring, BUT it cuts you off after less than two minutes. The voicemail option doesn't allow you to leave a message and the call back option is also inoperable. I tried on the day to bring for over three hours!!!! I tried again this morning as soon as the office was due to open to be met with the same issue. I am out of pocket to the tune of £250, which they were keen enough to take!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DON'T BE SUCKED IN BY THE SLICK WEBSITE. We have a useless piece of equipment taking up space, which we cannot arrange return of. Angry does not describe how I feel about them.

I paid over $40 for 2 day shipping and it took 5-6 days to get to my house. Product was excellent tho.
