I somehow order two of same item but reached out to cancel second one. They responded saying they were cancelling the one and refunding me the money. I was charged 7.50 but says refunded 7.00 lol I hope I receive what I ordered. Or there's gonna be problems. I don't like to be scammed

This review is on the delivery more than the product, I'll leave s review on this when they come. Ordered on the 26th November, along with a Synology NAS. NAS came 27th thanks CCL drive due 02/12/20... Say what 🤬 5 days to deliver come on, that is the worst delivery, 2-3 is normal worst case but 5 is crazy, are you making them to o order?

I purchased a portable 5TB drive recently, and it failed in the first 3 months. I contacted support to inquire about a replacement (well within the warranty period). At first, they wanted me to pay return shipping charges, which I thought was a bit unfair for a defective drive. I had to go back and forth with customer service, and they agreed to pay the shipping costs. But they said the replacement would take weeks! They wanted me to ship back the defective drive so that they could take "5-7 business days" to run tests to prove that it's defective. Then I'd have to wait for them to process a new order for the replacement. OR I could pay an extra fee for an advanced replacement. For a company this large, I'd expect the process to be more customer-friendly. I contacted the retailer where I bought the drive, and they provided a replacement immediately. WD customer service was nice and polite, but their replacement policies aren't great. And I worry about the quality.
