Drop Ship scam. Product is fine, don’t really notice a difference. Just like everyone else, I cancelled my subscription after I noticed they would repeatedly charge me every month, yet THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Call them it will tell you they’re helping other customers and then they will disconnect the call.

I placed an order with the company on November 10 and I have yet to receive my products. Furthermore, they went ahead and charged me a second time a week later. The only reason I’m giving two stars is that they seem to respond if you write to them but at this point who knows if I’ll ever receive my items or be refunded for the mysterious second charge. Stay away and order from The Ordinary instead - they are cheaper and they actually fulfill orders.
