I ordered the new album on vinyl Dec 12, 2020. Paid express mail. Promised me it'd be here by Dec 22, 2020. After countless emails I just received it this past week. It only shipped after I started poking. They blamed the mail so I contacted usps. They confirmed it was mailed when I poked! And then they mailed it as media which is the slowest. Liars, the lot. Quality merch but barbaric service.

order #SHME104345 We ordered a T-shirt in December 2019. In February 2020 we sent an email because we still had not received the T-shirt. Contacted again because we still haven't received the T-shirt. Now they say they cannot help due to their 90 days contact policy.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is utterly disrespectful. I ordered two shirts 2 MONTHS AGOO!!! I got to know that one has been shipped, but the other one I have heard nothing from. Im SO PISSED that they cant sent their packages and I have written emails to them that they have not answered. So it's a complete waste of money. NEVER order from the american store all they do is take your money.

The quality is great. And the clothes is so pretty and comfy. It takes like a month, but you it's sent from US(im from DK), so it's obviously why. I would totally recomend it. I'm a big Shawn Mendes fan myself, so it of course love it.
