The information in shipping page of their website is misleading. It says fast shipment but it doesn't. They just "fast packing" and give it to the "slow delivery". They made me wait for 3 days I had to cancel one of my flights and change my plans. They have to update their website.

I ordered a product from Robotistan expecting a new item, but what I received was clearly used. When I contacted customer service, their only response was: “There is no other stock available, you can return it if you wish.” This kind of response shows a lack of responsibility and concern for the customer’s needs. Whether the order is urgent or not seems irrelevant to them. By comparison, many international companies—especially in the Far East—immediately issue a full refund and allow the customer to keep the product in the event of even a minor issue. With this customer-unfriendly approach, Robotistan risks losing many more customers in the future.

The microprocessor is not a “Arduino” Uno as you advertise. It is a clone. And that’s legal since Arduino is open source. But it’s not legal to call it Arduino. Furthermore, the microprocessor doesn’t work. Apparently the code is not loaded, again as you advertise.
