Bought Rapoo VT3 Pro Max from Joybuy.de for 30€ + shipping. Just two weeks in, the mouse is already broken — double‑click problem shows up as soon as battery drops below 50%. Completely useless. YouTube “reviews” are clearly paid influencers hyping performance, but reality is garbage. Rapoo dares to sell this boo‑shéét for 40 bucks? Scam brand. Joybuy only refunded the mouse price, not shipping or fees pathetic. Logitech is miles better. I’ve had Logitech mice working for years without issues. Rapoo is cheap Chinese trash, not worth a single euro. Don’t waste your money.

product description wasn't all very clear, I bought the keyboard in the end, but shipping took over a week so I wasn't able to take it with me on my travel which was the primary reason for buying the item

Shop didn't know how much shipping would cost up front, more than once they had to refund and charge me more to compensate for higher shipping cost. Terrible user experience. Products still ok, but shop not so good

Mouse is really good for the price, but they delayed by quite a lot for no reason. But their customer service was swift so i appreciate the effort.
