Good product at a good price! I bought 2 consoles, I had some issue woth the first since it gave errors in saving game progresses, but at the end the customer service sent me a new one console without any payment request. Overall l, positive experience, the only aspetta to be improved is the response and delivery time, in particular from orde r to delivery was in my case almost 1 month

At first, I was doubting about the consolle and the all-playable 43000 and more games. But in the expected time, the console arrived with its SD card installed, and all worked perfectly. Unfortunately, after some days, the SD card stopped working, not the consolle, still working. I told this via e-mail, asking for a help. Verified that the problem was in the SD card, the staff provided to send me another one, totally free.

Buon prodotto.
