Truly I would give them a no star but unfortunately as you know we must vote some kind of way. Now I purchased a stone lymphatic paddle. I was super excited for it because a recent fall leaving the pool has still left my leg a little funny so I figured that maybe some additional lymph drainage would be of assistance. Now as you may know if you've ever shopped these people there's no way to log into the website and it's very hard to get in touch with somebody so I was looking around and waiting waiting waiting no package from poosh meanwhile I get this random package with no signage no invoice nothing just my address and it had a shipping company as the return address the shipping company didn't have a way to contact them either. So it had a blanket in it and the on the bag of the blanket it says heat sauna insert so I really wasn't sure what that was all about because I already own a steam sauna and there's nothing that I would be able to use a blanket for with the sauna so I was kind of confused I was skeptical as well but it was just a light blanket and I didn't have a need for a blanket so I just sat the blanket to the side of my closet. Fast forward and I'm starting to really try to get in touch with Kourtney Kardashian's company poosh. Finally I take an extended view of the website to try to see how can I contact somebody to check on my package since there's no way for customers to log in or anything. While searching the site I see something that he sauna name that made me look further at which point I didn't see the blanket insert but I did see where I guess she sells like a sleeping bag sauna thingy or whatever and as I looked even further I realized that these are the people that sent me this bogus blanket. So I immediately Google to get the email address and contacted them to say look I'm waiting for a package from you all another package shows up it didn't have any of the signage or The Branding on it so I had no idea it even came from you but either way here is my name this how much that I spend this is when I spent it I'm looking for the package I ordered. There comes back an automated email saying we're super busy this is going to take us a couple days but we'll get back to you in a you know 48 hours or something long story short they never get back to me I finally called my credit card company and explain to them what is going on. Today I receive an email from this bogus company telling me that they don't take refunds so you know too bad so sad basically. Meanwhile I've already sent them a picture of my sauna and the stupid blanket telling them this is absolutely not what I ordered. Now I am furiously upset there's no way in the world in anybody's universe that I would have paid $70 for a super thin blanket from the least of the popular Kardashians said to use inside a sauna when I own a steam sauna there's no reason in the world that I would need a blanket for that that's the whole point of a steam sauna. I never even thought to read the reviews because you would think for somebody that's a multimillionaire that the last thing they would have need to do is to scam the public but let me tell you something do not spend your hard-on money with this company unless you're making a really my new purchase because their system is incorrect obviously they send out packages not ordered withhold the package that is ordered take your money and then get back to you and tell you oh I'm sorry we don't take returns. Now just to break it down a little bit let's think about this in what universe would I steam sauna owner have the need to buy a blanket for a sauna?? Super disappointed in this company never never will I ever order anything from a Kardashian again though I do believe this is probably the first time I ever ordered anything from a Kardashian

How the heck do you contact customer service? No email that item was delivered, did not get item, but now going into 3rd Afterpay payment. Got 2 of 3 products. I don’t think there’s a customer service. The items I got appear to have been sent directly by manufacturer, not Poosh.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This is just a scam website to take your money. I never received the product and there is nobody there to help. As if she needs the money that she is now ripping off hard working American people. I’m glad my money is funding your lifestyle. Shall I just direct deposit my paycheck into your account?

Would give a zero if I could! Clearly KKB does not give a hoot about whether or not you can track or even get your order. Ordered over a month ago and nothing no info on where it is or if it’s coming at all. So disappointed in this. I would think given her high profile , on social media that service would be cared about. Not even a place to call to check or speak to anyone. It’s like they took the money and ran …. Unbelievable

Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered several item and one has not arrived. The tracking details they emailed me were invalid. When contacting the company they took almost two weeks to get back to me and sent a falsified document saying it was delivered. Strange I haven’t received and the tracking they initially sent me is untraceable. When asking them to file a claim with shipper they went dark and have no interest in correcting this issue. Poosh has taken my money with no intention to complete my order.

I did not give 0 star because it was not an option. Do not shop here ever, there’s 0 assistance whatsoever They just take your money and that is it! I’m livid, If the customer service was better we would’ve continued supporting this business, worst business I’ve ever purchased from. This company behaves like a scam.

How can a business be worth 1 million a year a With reviews like this? Honestly. Poosh is such a scam....you can tell by the name and founder. Come on.

2 weeks haven’t received my item. going on 3 and just received an email that item is even more delayed. No reason why
