Very shady retailer poor-customer…
Very shady retailer poor-customer service department. Bought a UV-C light wand in April and it is late June and still have not received light wand. Called them and paypal with poor or no response. Paypal gave them way too much time to investigate this with no resolution. Paypal is dragging their feet to investigate since Im sure they do a lot of business with them. They would not communicate that they lost the package and they will not let you cancel the order. They kept making excuses that it was held up in customs. But the scan shows it cleared customs almost immediately. They lied about the status everytime I asked for updated. I tried to cancel this and they said it was put into the system and they are still sending this to me,. If i want to send this back they will make me pay for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
