So far so good. Just note that when placing order it is charged by a different source. A pyramid style business that will be a name not always recognized by credit card. My card flagged it as fraud. Had to place the order over again after approving the charges. Order takes several days to fill so plus shipping time order takes over a week to receive.

Order confirmed then cancelled because allegedly payment could not be obtained. My credit card company said no request was submitted, let alone rejected. I think the item ordered was out of stock but Shop.com or the retailer do not want to say so. Quite dishonest really.

Shop.com's products are top shelf. I'm especially hooked on Motives products, Isotonix and the cleaning products. All are quality and are very concentrated so I end up using less product to get a great result. And it's great to accumulate cash back and treat yourself. I've saved so much using shop buddy when I purchase from other online stores. Highly recommended.
