Slow shipping, no communication, and asking for a review before I even have the product. Considering cancelling. Found another product of similar quality and price that can get here before this probably even ships. Been over a week and no communication, they to ship out in 48-72 hours. It could be a month before I get what I paid for, who knows!? It’s a mystery, guess that’s part of the fun.

Well entered my discount code for 10% off saw the savings for the coupon but when paying the discount was not applied. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues with your website. I previously made a purchase during a 40% off sale. My credit card was charged then you canceled the order because you said that what I bought was not part of the sale and if I hadn’t called you about what was going on, I don’t think I would’ve gotten a refund so hence my two star review oh and I believe you still owe me $12.90 I was supposed to get as a discount for buying the target I bought ?

I got the 10" Bullseye gong (3/8") and the Bullseye Torso (1/4"). Videos from the NRA annual meeting showed the targets ringing very clearly. There was a clear distinction between bullseye and the rest of the target. The targets I received did not ring clearly and the difference between bullseye and main target was not that much. 22-caliber doesn't ring much at all. 9mm is better, but not great. I like the concept of distinguishing between bullseye and main target by sound, but these gongs just didn't do it and were not worth the cost. For me smaller, swinging plates of different sizes are better for practice targets and much less expensive.

Hi! It seems like you saw the HARMONIC targets from the video at NRA and your ordered the BULLSEYE target which are completely different style targets! That’s why you didn’t hear the difference, the BULLSEYE target don’t differ in sound but the HARMONIC targets do very much!

This isnt your fault, so I shouldnt be too negative, but Fed Ex has had this showing as a "delayed shipment" since June 13! No status updates, nothing. I cant review your products if I never receive them. Can you help?

I never received a confirmation of my order, There was no way to track the order. It just showed up on my doorstep about 1 week after I had ordered.
