Do not order from this company!!! They still haven’t “fulfilled “ my order from over three weeks ago, they do not respond to txts, emails or phone calls. If they do, it’s to blame software company and delay any further action. A certified notice of intent to file a formal fraud complaint against this company is in the works.

Stay away from custom orders. They cut my target the wrong size (after email size confirmation stating it will be my specified and prepaid dimension). It was an 1 1/4" too short. Instead of being honest and owning up to it and doing the right thing (cut one the correct size that I paid for and send it to me) they gave excuse after excuse. They should have never shipped it. They knew it was wrong and made a greedy decision by saying...we won't tell him about it looks good enough for us go ahead and ship it ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL THE LAW IS ON OUR SIDE! I returned it and had to pay the $72.00 shipping for their mistake. Very dishonest, deceptive and disorganized company. I did everything I could to be clear and organized on my part and they could care less. I couldn't believe it when I opened the box. I sought legal advice and they said forget about it. Very arrogant company. Find somebody else if you need a custom size! They will be careless and make the mistake AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS!

Hi Brad, we are sorry you had to go through this. Custom orders can be tricky sometimes. When the drawing is dimensionally, proportionally, correct we can’t change it, because it will distort the rest of the image. It seems like you wanted something that couldn’t have been done. We did exactly what you asked and then got threatening emails in return.

You’re asking me to review a product I still haven’t received.

Still waiting on my product to ship. How would I know? Web site said nothing about delayed shipment due to any issues. The fact your asking for a review illustrates a lack of insight into your business.

They took money, but haven’t given me a tracking number, or an estimate on when the target will ship.
