My shoes were ordered over a month ago. I still haven’t received the shoes. Now I’m being charged an additional $17 to ship the shoes because your website incorrectly sent the address to UPS. Will never buy from you again or recommend to anyone else.

Hi Debra, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Your order was refunded way back on November 27, 2019. We had sent out a Return Confirmation email on the same date, but you must not have received it. Our customer service team just emailed you the PayPal transaction ID for the refund, for your records. The boots was not made of genuine leather . It was synthetic and looked really cheap! I am returning it.

I bought shoes in mid-May and they were sent out on 16 May by UPS. The shoes did arrive somewhere in Hong Kong by 27 May BUT no UPS delivery was made to me at all nor any phone calls to ring me up to collect the shoes. Ridiculously, the shoes were "secretly" sent back to US on 30 May according to the UPS tracking record. The shoes were returned to Shoolu on 5 June. To-date is 12 June, Shoolu has not responded to me so far despite a couple of emails being sent out to them. This is my first shopping with Shoolu.com. I have spent nearly a month in follow-up the delivery of my shoes. It is really sarcarstic, frustrated and tiresome!!!

I sent an email (with UPS tracking number) explaining that my shipment had been sitting on a UPS dock for a week without any progress. Shoolu's response? Nothing, zero, nada.
