I was very unhappy with Shoolu
I was very unhappy with Shoolu. I ordered the same boots twice. Both times the order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation to me. Poor customer service. Shannon Gordon.

Will NEVER Purchase from this site again
This site is very unprofessional and fraudulent. I ordered from this site 2 weeks ago and have not received my order nor have I received a date to expect the arrival of my package. One week after purchase I messaged customer service and have not received received a response to date. When calling customer service there is no answer. They were quick to take the money from my bank account for purchase but following through with purchase was very slow...that’s even if I ever receive my package.

Disappointing Order and Service
Over a week since my order, my credit has been charged and no updates when I can expect the Timberland boots I ordered. Tried calling customer service with no answer. Very frustrating and disappointing !!
