Good store with a good selection of shoes. It is very busy so it would be nice to have a few more sales associates. We have usually been able to find coupons in the local paper. I will always shop here first for footwear.

I was looking for high top tennis shoes (basketball shoes). As I can wear men's or women's shoes I went up and down each aisle. I looked in the clearance section. No one ever offered to help. Finally I saw a young female associate ( I am a 62 year old female) and asked her if Shoe Station had any high top tennis shoes. She was annoyed that I was keeping her from shelving shoes, and asked me, " Where have you looked?" I said, "I have been up and down every aisle but at my age I may have just overlooked them." She said, " Well, I guess we don't have any!" and she went back to shelving shoes. I was so infuriated I left the store.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met while you were in our store. Please let us know which location you were in or feel free to email your details to [email protected]. We would love to make things right.
