Shoe Station is my favorite shoe store. They have good selections at reasonable prices. Another thing I appreciate is the fact that if they don’t have your size in stock they’ll ship your size to your home within a few days for no additional charge.

Had order something at Destin store never received confirmation. Called and spoke with helpful manager who verified the clerk didn’t process order correctly. He ordered it and I received the item on the next day. Awesome assistance. Wish I knew his name. It was right before a Christmas. Ty.

Inexperience staff. Asked about shoes and color, “ if you don’t see it , I guess we don’t have”. “ This is my department, I’m new” The absolute worst experience was during Huge Clearance, giant mess with poor assistance. Staff need training and people skills
