The price and good customer service.

Boots that I had wanted were on sale but my local store did not have my size. The friendly staff pointed out that I could order the boots and they would be delivered shipment free and at the sale price within a few days, so I went ahead and ordered them. They indeed came within 3 or 4 days, but one boot was too tight. I took them back to my local store a couple of weeks later(I live 55 miles from the store) and they reordered in a half size larger. No extra charge, still at the sale price, no additional shipping cost, and they came within 4 days. They fit perfectly. I'll continue to do business with Shoe Station. Customer service is top notch.

I always enjoy shopping there. If what I want is not available in my size, they can order the shoes and have them delivered to my home.

I love being able to find my size online. If it isn't a perfect fit, I appreciate the option of returning it to my local store for exchange or refund. I'm very happy with Shoe Station's variety of brands & styles, plus the great prices!

Had to make a return of shoes I received for Christmas from my husband and they did everything they could to keep me from exchanging for a larger size including saying they were worn and then they had grass on the bottom. The shoes I exchanged them for looked worse then the ones I brought in. It was insulting and a lie. I will do the best I can to buy my shoes elsewhere in the future even if I have to drive to another town. I believe they just didn’t want to exchange their shoes for any reason . Bad customer service

Staff members were all very helpful and pleasant especially the check out girl. In fact I found a manager and told him how nice and professional she was. I asked him what her name, but I’m afraid I forgot what it is ? And I got just what I came for and for a great price👍
