Priscilla and the Regional manager refused to exchange my wife's shoes even though the in seams were cutting in on her foot. Priscilla refused to even talk with on the phone. Worse retail service ever! Will be passing one Star on Google and contacting BBB. Word of mouth is the best advertisement... BEWARE!

I really like Shoestation and the bargains for great shoes. My only concern is that when I find a shoe I like, I cannot find it in the size I need. For men in Dothan, AL, there seem to be only a few sizes and most of them are really large, like 11 or bigger.

Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.
