I ordered a case of men's polos and received them on time, but on arrival there was a problem, I received a set of men's shoes, but 2 sets of boys shoes but some were a bit damage so I couldn't resell them, I wasn't too happy, so I contacted Dan Yakoel, and he emailed me back an apology, which I wasn't expecting due to previous reviews about him not responding, long story short, he dealt with the situation by sending me replacement pairs which will be arriving soon, he was really nice and dealt with the matter professionally which I appreciated. I'll be making another order soon. One other thing, you should contact him via email or phone call when you are ordering, it helps a ton in avoiding issues with your order, it is wholesale, so make yourself at ease by insuring you make contact directly.

I love working with this staff, very understandable and professional. I ordered more shoes and it was better than expected. I will continue to do business with Shoenet. The staff gives good advice to anyone who would like to start up a shoe company, they have 30 years of knowledge in the wholesale shoe industry and can help you open your own store and supply you with the shoes you need. These guys are always willing to help and solve any problems that pop up.
