Absolute bogus site. Do not buy, click or even look at that site. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October - offer 2 for £10. 9 months later still no item and they charged me 3 x £43!!! An absolute disgrace!!! Phone line just ringing and no response to emails.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in October its the end of January and no sign of my order. Each time I contact them they say its dispatch on its way. Took money out of my account but no goods to show for it. Looking at previous reviews I'm not alone.

I ordered a pair of grey sandals thru Amazon. Have not wore them since I got them. Pulled them out to wear and they were coming apart. Shoddy workmanship. Will never order again. If I could download the pictures I would.

A fraudulent scam website. They don’t even send you an order confirmation email and can’t be reached via email or phone. To make things worse they even steal your credit card information and use it. Luckily Wells Fargo declines a transaction of 600$ after I bought from these scammers and they notified me!

Horrible customer service. I purchased and then realized that they had more very bad reviews so I cancelled my order within minutes. Then they say that I will be charged a return fee? How if nothing is being returned. This is a fake company and I will warn you now. Do not do business with a company like this one. Especially when the only way to contact them is through an email and many customers have had very bad experiences with just getting ahold of someone. Waste of time and very poor customer service and no respect for the customer. Anyone who puts a good review probably knows them or was payed to do it. Not worth the headache! Dont waste your time!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased nike vapormax for my daughter for Christmas. I received a fake poor quality tennis shoe instead. I tried reaching out through email and phone with no response. It seems like their contact email isn't working. Save yourself the head ache and do not order from La La Shoeland.

Please avoid at all cost! FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE. My mum ordered a pair of converse play comme des gorgons however, they are counterfeit after comparing to my original pair I purchased myself from Dover st market (London). Very unfortunate as my mum brought them for me as a Christmas gift in which the company are not responding back via email. I will be reporting this company to the counterfeit agency and attempt to claim my money back through the chargeback scheme.
