Have received goods,these are clearly counterfeit!! DO NOT USE LALA SHOELAND!! Have contacted the company with no response. I paid £128 for a pair of trainers,when they arrived they came with an invoice from Hong Kong stating £28 paid. Don’t waste your money

Ordered Nike AirMax x 2 pair. Received counterfeit shoes. Thank god paid through Amazon Pay...they were the only reason I got my money back. They didn’t respond until I complained through Amazon.

Don’t buy shoes in this website, shoes’s size it doesn’t match what’s u order,then I try to return the shoes,cost 60 dollars to send it back to Hong Kong!what’s company is this? Probably All the fake stuff make in China!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I used to think highly of this company due to a pleasant time at my local physical store location. HOWEVER, upon ordering offline, I clicked to place my order and nothing happened, including it not taking the free shipping code. The screen didn't change or anything. There was no loading, nothing. So it appeared the transaction did not go through. Then suddenly the screen does not confirm my order was placed, it just says there are no items in my cart. I had to do the process again, did not get to utilize the free shipping despite spending the required minimum, and still did not know if the order went through until my card company notified me that the charges were pending. I asked to cancel the order THREE times before they processed it, and got NO RESPONSE. When they finally did respond, they sent me my credit memo. No words. No response to my inquiry. Nothing. Just a copy of my credit memo, which was not what I asked for. So I try to contact their CORPORATE OFFICE, and have been met with constant ringing for the past 15 minutes straight, with no sign of human existence or acknowledgement. Customer service is atrocious. Not a good way to handle business. You get what you pay for, which is poor quality across the board. So it is safe to say I will never do business with this company again. Deal with them at your own risk.

do not buy shoe from this website. the website measurement is wrong. it a scam pretty much. shoeland sent you a size smaller even if you wear a 10 you get a 9. run from this place.

This website is full of crap! The reason for giving 1 star for this company because I made an online purchase with my credit card, which is American Express and this is one of the credit cards they accept. After viewing my email on Saturday, I get an email from Shoe Land stating the reason why my order was cancelled was due to security reasons! What kind of tom foolery is that?? I called and spoke with a representative about my order, asking why was my order cancelled, she informs me that they use a 3rd party company, which she states is a credit card fraudulent company, are the ones who declined my card! I have no reason to make a purchase using someone else card when I have my own! I will make sure to inform my friends and relatives not to patronize or make any purchases from Shoe Land! If you have to use a 3rd party company to determine whether or not if consumers are approved or not for purchases they make on your website, what goddamn since does it make to have a website and sell items with that being the case??
