Slow fulfillment, shipping, and especially customer service. My product did arrive, eventually, but they shipped the incorrect size shoes. Management tried to make amends after the fact, but it was too little too late. Hopefully as this company grows they will learn from their mistakes and not repeat them. Their pricing is aggressive, however it is not worth the hassle in my opinion. I will not buy from them again.
