I signed up to get the 15% off my first order but couldn't figure out where to add the promo code when I checked out. I ended up paying full price so I emailed customer service and they responded really fast, applied the discount and escalated my shipping. Great customer service!

I was totally shocked at how small the t-shirt was that I purchased. I ordered a size larger than normal just to allow for the t-shirt running small. I ordered a 2X and the shirt might have fit someone who wears a medium. Very disappointing. I don't usually order on-line for this reason. Not only did I have to pay shipping to receive the shirt I had to pay shipping to return a shirt that I would have loved to keep if it had run true to size! As far a ordering from the site I felt comfortable had no problems. I was able to track the package and received it in a reasonable time frame. Again, I was shocked at how small the t-shirt was.

The good news is that we actually offer free exchanges on all shirts that are ordered (other than custom shirts) so if you haven't sent it back you can contact me directly in Customer Service to find you something else that will work! The print on the shirt is beautiful and it came very quickly. However, the shirt is a little larger than expected and is made of rough material.
