There was an issue with shipping my order - it was accidentally sent to the wrong address and subsequently returned to the merchant. However, after I contacted Customer Service the frustration I felt was quickly subdued. The agent who responded was polite, helpful, and entertaining! She seemed like someone who really enjoys her job. She gave me a list of different options that were available to correct my situation, so there was little room for me to remain a dissatisfied customer. Great job Shirts.com for providing great service and turning what could have been a poor experience into a GREAT one!

Nice shirts and good material. My daughter loved it. However, the XL size (14-16)is quite small andshe is only 7 yrs old.body fit for her, anyway, she loved the my little pony print as nobody has it.will recommend to mums.

I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend on a Wednesday, standard shipping and I had it two weeks later, just in time for his birthday. I really liked being able to track the shipping progress and make sure it was on its way. The whole process was easy and painless. Great company!
