Shirt MysteryReviews of shirtmystery.com

ordered shirt 2 weeks ago, still not arrived and received a tracking number for royal mail but they don't have it

Really poor communication, ordered a shirt on the 15th Feb and so far not received any communication or response to my email. Its the 24th and still no shirt or even an indication of a delivery date

Never ordered from them before and was wary with them not offering an option to pay with PayPal. I ordered on 8th Jan 2024 and emailed them straight away asking a question to which I got an instant response. Since then I have received nothing from them and have sent numerous emails asking for confirmation of shipping etc. but have still had nothing. I've started the process of recovering the money with my bank as this appears to be a scam. Don't use them unless you can afford to lose the money.

Ordered on the 5th January 2024 I received it today (16th January 2024) I received the 2023/24 man City third kit although I support man utd quite happy with the quality I ain't no bot review 4 star review due to the fairly slow delivery but in total a good quality shirt I can add to my collection of shirts just a shame I got unlucky with man City. I have also tried looking for the website again today to share with my friends but I couldn't find the website anywhere and when I type the link nothing shows so I haven't got a clue what's happened.

Shirt ordered for my godson in October but still not received. Shirt was delivered but to the wrong address. Contacted Shirt Mystery who said they would send another one. This was the beginning of November, still not arrived. Would never use them again

I recently purchased a mystery shirt from this brand and was pleasantly surprised to receive a Barcelona football shirt. The shipping was decent, and the shirt's quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, a five-star experience – highly recommended!

Don’t bother ordering. I had one kit from this company back in the summer without any issue but ordered again in November and still no sign. Sent a tracking number but it never arrived with Royal Mail. Sent emails via the website, messages via TikTok and Instagram and had no response. Total waste of time and money.

Ordered a retro shirt only for a current one to turn up, costing £10 more than retail price. The tag was ripped off the shirt and damaged. I have since sent three emails to customer service only to be ignored. Absolute scam, don’t waste your money.
