I wish I had looked at this website before ordering from Shirees. First, it took almost a month for me to receive the dresses and once received, Like many other people's complaints, the fabrics appeared stiff and cheaply made the fit was awkward. One of the dresses was huge in the waist, but extremely tight across the bust, another dress that should have been formed fitting had no form or fit to it at all. In order for me to wear these dresses, I would have to have them. Heavily altered. What's worse is the return process? The only way to request a refund is by emailing. You have to wait for the response. And then they ask for you to take photos in the dress so they can see exactly what the issue is. I don't believe I should have to prove that the dresses don't fit well or that I simply changed my mind. They say they have a refund policy it should not be this difficult to request a refund and get back your money.

Do not order from Shirees!! The pictured dresses on website do not look the same once your receive the dresses in person. Refunds are not acceptable. The dressmakers do not abide by requests despite you pay for the dresses because there is no reimbursement due to no customer service. In addition, you cannot contact by phone, only email and they respond when they desire. Again DO NOT BUY!!

I was very disappointed in my purchase. First, it arrived 5 days after the event, even though I paid $24.99 for express shipping. Then, when I open it, it is not the right style or color. I emailed them for a return slip but instead received all these special return technicalities that were not initially advertised. One in particular was the tailoring time. Why would I have to allow for tailoring time when I did not send my daughters specific measurements. I selected a size 6. So, why should I have expected for my delivery to be delayed because of tailoring time? Then, there's more double talk being sent to me and suggestions for a tradeoff, which basically boils down to they are not trying to refund my purchase. The dress was not worn, still has the tag and I requested the return the day I received it. I do not recommend using this site, because you can't trust what you'll receive and once you receive it, you're pretty much stuck with the item and lose your money.

They didnt send my dress in time for my sisters wedding and then had the nerve to be patient when I paid for express shipping and the arrival day was supposed to be 9/17-9/21! The date is currently 9/25 and my dress still hasn’t come! Worst shopping experience ever. Will not be shopping from again. Don’t recommend!

The dress was ill-fitting and very disappointing. As a plus-sized woman, most manufacturers don't understand how to make a dress! I don't understand, other than maybe Chinese women are not plus-size. The sleeves were at least three inches past my outstretched fingers! The top was too wide, while the skirt fit great. The V-neck was cut much deeper than the photograph shows. Also, the dress came rolled up in a plastic bag, and that bag was crammed into a slightly larger bag. The dress arrived so wrinkled that I would have had to have it not only professionally altered, but also professionally dry-cleaned and pressed. I should have noticed before I purchased it that it was manufactured by a Chinese company, but for $200 I expected much more quality. The return policy (which I should have also focused on more) would not allow me to return or exchange it without restocking and/or other fees. Completely disappointed. I just donated the dress.

I bought a purple dress. The fit was not right and going to be too difficult to find a seamstress. I asked to return it! They said they would give me 22% of the price and I can keep the dress. Or return it to Hong Kong. I paid $159 for dress. They said if I return it to Hong Kong they will refund $107. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

BEWARE - they do not do refunds unless you ship the item to CHINA and deduct a "restocking fee" from the refund. Total typically is more than the actual item costs. Their website does not state returns must be sent to China and implies returns are straightforward and easy. Be sure and check sizing guides. My dress was off by a couple inches on all measurements.

Beware! Don't purchase from them. Dress arrived and not at all what was pictured. It did not fit and was a foot longer than pictured. To return you will only get a portion of the purchase price and shipping back is very expensive.
