Ebay merchant proved to both Ebay and PayPal that my item was delivered to ShipW so my case was denied by both resolution centers and lost my money. I guess all items that does not require a signature when delivered are keepers. In any league thats a SCAM!

It is a scam. They didn’t sent the package. Also they refuse to answer to claim and email. Don’t use it.
