I've been dealing with them for two years and I swear to you by all religions that they are truly truly amazing and I've never seen a company like them before. The customer service was always absolutely fantastic, very understanding, and extremely helpful. I did not encounter any problems with any of my orders , nor did I experience any delays or losses. Unfortunately, I've seen some discouraging comments. But I want to clarify this for those who aren't familiar with using this service. Always make sure you write your suite number and always buy your products from a trusted source so you can be confident they will deliver the order to shipsterusa!! Once the order arrives and you ship it via Aramex, FedEx, DHL, or another shipping company, the company's shipsterusa responsibility ends completely!! If you send an order and it gets lost with Aramex, DHL, FedEx, or any other company, it's not their fault and they are not responsible. They might be able to help you and talk to you, but it's not their mistake. It could be due to poor handling by the company, improper storage in your country, or in transit. If it arrives damaged, it might be your fault for not requesting extra protection, or there could be a problem during shipping, flying, or transit. And Your shipment may contain products that are prohibited by your country (specifically your country) from entering. Therefore, I advise you to contact DHL, FedEx, or Aramex to find out what is allowed and what is prohibited, and what items can or cannot be imported. They will communicate directly with customs and receive approval or rejection. Also, each country has a better shipping company than others. Perhaps Aramex or other services are not good in your country, but they are good in another. Please research your country's regulations and contact the companies in your country. Then go and buy from reputable stores and individuals, and I guarantee that your money will not be lost among honest people. You must bear the consequences and responsibility for your mistakes in choosing a particular company, product, or website. This is not shipsterusa fault. Choose things & people & products & companies carefully. If you make a mistake, take responsibility for it and don't blame others. Your words might discourage them or cause to lose customers who don't understand the issue.

I’ve been using ShipsterUSA for a while now (5 years), and honestly, their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been super quick, kind, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. One time, I asked about an order I placed the day before since I hadn’t received a shipping email yet. They replied right away, let me know they were preparing the shipment, and even upgraded it to priority shipping for free, completely unexpected but so appreciated! Another time, I needed to return an item and told them I’d cover the cost myself, but they insisted on handling it for free. More recently, I had an issue with a package marked as dangerous goods, and they were incredibly helpful and patient while sorting it out for me. It’s rare to find a company that consistently treats customers with this much care and respect. I genuinely feel like ShipsterUSA values their customers, and that makes all the difference. Sets a new standard for shipping speed, the time unit in shipsterusa is minutes not days like most if not all other companies. Got notification received, 3 minutes later package listed on account, I hit the repackage button, 12 minutes later its repacked and ready to ship, 30 minutes later it's on it way, almost like not using a mail forwarder. Customer support is friendly and personal not formal which is relaxing in case something goes wrong. (Unlike when you receive a scripted letter). I've seen too many positive reviews on forums and Twitter to the point it felt like a scam, until a friend of mine told me that he used it once. There is no competition here and I will not use any other forwarder from now on until others catch up. (MyUS takes 2 days only to repackage!!)
