THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN THE WORSE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE... THEY FAIL TO HONOR CLAIMS Good morning again. It has been more than 65 days and there is still no resolve, no phone call, no update... just repetitive emails saying we value you as a customer and responses saying we are processing your claims. Here is the list of tracking numbers and order numbers again for your reference and review. these claims still have not been addressed. My package, only one I sent , was returned. Just hope I am not paying for your service.

This is by far the worst and most frustrating "shipping" service around. Let's start with the fact that you can not pay for postage labels individually; no you have to add specific amounts into your "account", each time being AT LEAST $10. Or let's look at the fact that unless you "upgrade" to a verified business account, they put a very strict and small limit on the amount of labels you can purchase ($25) per month! Or how about the fact that anything left in your account after this limit has been met, Shipstation decides to just keep if you no longer want to use their services Multiple emails and support inquiries have gone unanswered The company just wants to take your money regardless of whether they actually provide the service you paid for, and then decide to keep extra money on top of it. Avoid at all costs

I have been a client for years with no major issues until this past week. My business account has been locked since Saturday September 27th. No customer services during the weekend just automated useless emails. As of today 9/30/25 my issue hasn’t been resolved yet. A Shipstation agent told me to call my bank to unlock my account. What kind of logic is this? Last week I got charged double $100 at the same time. I have an auto fund with Stamps.com. I reported it to the bank and got refunded. Since then my account is locked. How I am supposed to do business now? No one cares to fix this.

The worst shipping company in the world. hold times go on for hours. If you choose the we will call you back option they never call you back. It could take many days to get 1 problem resolved. We have had problems with them that go back months. We will be closing our Shipstation account and finding an alternative.

Was a customer for a long time until they started scaling pricing with volume. They have gotten greedier over the years and so I have found another alternative.

I have been a Shipstation customer for years. In the beginning, they were great. Support was really good. Support has gone down the tubes. First they have made the method of contact more hidden and going through several screens to get to the point of where you will get a human. Most of the time, lately, the person that you get can not solve your problem. Then it gets escalated and you never hear from them again. Your problem persists. They dont give expectations and you dont end up getting the help that you need. We made a complaint last week that they are charging insurance through UPS when we have a 3rd party insurer listed. We are waiting a week and heard from nobody. After I contacted support, I am told again "We will get back to you when we get back to you". No expectations. Unprofessional. I have seen this with companies that grow too fast. I am disappointed and considering leaving.

We've been trying get a $5000 refund from shipstation for 9 months, with no success. Endless delays, no resolution, and zero accountabilty. Very disappointing experience.
