I used ShipSaving for about 1 year - one day, I received an automated message stating: "Our system flagged your recent activity and temporarily restricted access for security review. If you believe this was a mistake, please chat with our support team." As background, the only thing I've used ShipSaving for is to generate USPS labels to sell things on eBay. I contacted the support team, who replied: "We have checked the status of your account and regret to inform you that your account can not be used properly due to abnormal activity of your account, which triggered the system's risk control. We are unable to disclose the specific reasons to you and also cannot intervene in the system's operation." I don't think this company actually has human beings and is only able to provide bot-generated responses. Completely mind-boggling - will lock your account for absolutely no reason and will not give any reason for why it was locked.

My card was charged an additional $40 for a ups adjustment that was incorrect. I filed a claim with their claim department as instructed. Received an email a week later and then radio silence. Filed a chargeback and have now had my account suspended because of the chargeback. They need to get their act together. I wouldn’t use them again.

I was incorrectly charged carrier adjustment fees and had to spend time disputing them. The charges were eventually reversed in full, proving they should not have been applied in the first place. The most frustrating part was that after winning the dispute, ShipSaving still charged a 3% fee to return my own money to my credit card. I requested a refund to my original payment method from the beginning, but the funds were first issued as account credit and then subject to a withdrawal fee. The amount was small, but it's the principle. Customers should not have to pay a fee to receive a refund for charges that were incorrectly applied. I will be using a different shipping provider going forward.

Absolutely ridiculous. Package was damaged and items inside were destroyed. Customer service is a joke. 2 months and still no resolution. They lie as well. No help whatsoever jump thru hoops just for them to send my refund to someone else. Don't waste ur time or money

Their scan sheet policy was too restrictive for our business. They will not cancel the account, still charge me subscription fees and refuse to address the issue. I'm cancelling my bank card over this.

Terrible experience. They lure you in with a super low rate, then quietly charge your saved credit card without clear authorization or notice. It feels deceptive and unfair. Be very cautious if you save your payment info on their portal. I am asking them removing my bank info and customer service (Liang) rejects to do it!
