Awesome service with ShippingXPS It was a truly awesome experience with ShippingXPS. Pros: Very professional and thorough approach. Almost 0 waiting time on very convenient support through WhatsApp. Very competitive pricing on FedEx delivery. No need for local phone number (saving time and money on registering for virtual one) Cons: Dashboard can be laggy at times (devs should adress the issue) Lacking of a more detailed FAQ (could save time on those replies for customers' questions).

I used ShippingXPS because I wanted to buy an item from Mercari, but wasn't allowed to pay for it with my UK debit card or PayPal account. I think like anyone would be, I was wary, because the whole concept just seemed too good to be true, but I was very, very pleasantly surprised. The whole process was very simple and the website was easy to use. The item was bought for me from Mercari and shipped very promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. I like the options to choose different shipping services, and to have pictures taken, have packaging removed, etc. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and communicative - I contacted them about an error I made in the customs form, and it was corrected for me immediately. Considering the service provided, I think the price was incredibly reasonable, too - overall, I would 100% recommend ShippingXPS, and would definitely use this service again.

Brilliant Service all around. I've placed over 30 orders with ShippingXPS now and they've been excellent throughout the whole process, including the customer service, the shipping speed, the packaging etc. This is exactly the company I was looking for and will use them for years to come. Definitely recommend!
