Cautious Experience with ShippingX
I used ShippingX recently, and while my package did eventually arrive at their warehouse and they provided photos confirming my item, my overall experience left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, they did handle my parcel and provided proof pictures. However, the website was offline for some time, their communication was inconsistent, and customer service replies were slow or unclear. They also charge $5 for basic package photos, which feels unusual compared to larger, more established forwarders. In the end, I received what I ordered, but the process was stressful, and I wouldn’t trust them with valuable or multiple shipments. ShippingX seems to function, but I’d recommend sticking with more reliable forwarders like Stackry, Fishisfast, or AmForward.
