Nex Worldwide Exp.Reviews of shipnex.com

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I attempted to purchase a golf cart from a FB seller. He required a $500. deposit to ship it to me. He supposedly took it to Shipnex to deliver to me. They want a $800 deposit to use a trailer to deliver the cart and say they will refund the deposit at time of delivery. They want cash!!! I said NO THANK YOU. They are hounding me to pay the deposit. I told the FB vendor and Shipnex that I want my deposit back and do not want the cart. Total scam.

Scammers. They take your package hostage, ignore all your calls. They just steal your package.

Do not give them your money. They are completely dishonest. After they did their shipment wrong They do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. You have been warned!

30 day delay for “door to door service”. Wrong documentation. Had to hire a customs agent to help release SIX boxes and pay almost $2000 more! All boxes arrived broken and unsealed. Items shattered. And I paid for “EXTRA” insurance! Filed a claim the end of June. It’s the end of Aug…no response via email, chat or phone. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Poor customer service. The agent a woman who answered the phone sounds really rude. She's giving this "don't call here im not available" tone. I think she's a Filipina. So unprofessional. Gurl if you don't wanna answer calls then don't work on customer service.

Do not use this ship any company, this company is terrible. I had shipped an item overseas either they didn't include the shipping documents or didn't communicate with me what other documentation was needed. after about 20 emails with through me FedEx and the recipient and the package has still not been delivered..
