After what I would have generally said was a bad experience, this company's customer service reached out to me and insisted on making this right and was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. I find this to be a rarity with today's companies and their customer service has changed my opinion of Shipitfurniture. Customer service is worth its weight in gold here.

Fedex lost my package, so I cannot review the quality of the furniture. However, I will say that customer service responded immediately and rectified the situation fairly. I will give them another try based on customer service alone.

*****UPDATED***** I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Once communication was established, I received excellent customer service and they offered an agreeable solution quickly. I will purchase from them again! I really wish that I hadn’t given this company a chance. I ordered a $300 dresser in Beige and received it in White. Mistakes happen. However, the lack of response to any of my communication via email or on their website is the reason for my 1 star review. If you do not have a phone number for customers to call, then respond to their emails.

Even though I was unable to get the item I ordered (it was actually out of stock at the warehouse that COULD deliver to my location), I am so impressed with their customer service. I was notified in approximately 12 hours from the time I placed the order, that they were unable to fill the order and it was cancelled, and a refund would be issued. I emailed them to ask how long it would take for the refund. In less than 24 hours, I had a very apologetic response AND the refund was already issued. I will definitely give this company another chance because of the excellent customer service. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I REALLY wanted that particular item and I'm soooo disappointed that I can't get it.
