TV stand experience
Multiple pieces of a TV stand I ordered had chips / defects / scratches. I was able to successfully construct it, and fortunately the damage was to parts that are not well visualized now that it is put together. Customer service reached out to provide a 25% refund for the bad experience, which felt appropriate as compensation. Would consider ShipIt in the future
