I'm sorry to report that we did not have a good experience with Shipfusion. We were with them for over a year (only lasted that long because it's such a hassle to change fulfilment centres). They are super slow to do anything, including receive inventory, days to respond to emails (even when urgent). Their "state of the art system" is extremely rigid and caused a lot of problems, most notably in keeping an accurate count of inventory (we got caught out a few times overselling inventory that was out of stock because they didn't keep track properly). But the worst part is that they don't care about their customers at all (and we were not what I would consider "small fish, paying them over $35,000 some months). We've been with our new 3PL for a few months now and couldn't be happier with their attentive customer service, nimbleness, responsiveness, pricing and the fact that they truly care about helping us grow our business.

Hello M.L., Unfortunately, we don’t see your name under your account, making it difficult to place your company with our service offerings. We are happy to address any specific concerns you might have with your account and recommend you share these directly with our client services team. As we have expressed through our previous client communication letters, this has been a unique year in supply chain due to the impact of COVID-19. As a result, we have had to take many safety precautions to keep our warehouses functioning while protecting our employees’ health and well being. We strive for success at Shipfusion and welcome the opportunity to discuss any less than excellent customer service in hopes of creating a better experience in the future. We look forward to hearing from you, Kind Regards, Shipfuson.
