This is a genuine review. We are based in the UK and tried several US warehouses and it nearly sank us. It would have been easy to go home and stick to our domestic market but we did a lot of research and met with a lot of warehouses and took a chance on Shiopbots. They have, at every stage, been excellent. They are keen to improve our experience, our customers experience and the cost of shipping. They are customer and service focussed. They did not skip a beat through the 4th quarter. Thanks to Shipbots, scale, from a shipping perspective, is not a concern for us. I genuinely appreciate all that these guys have done and look forward to growing my business with them.

I wish I heard about ShipBots sooner. I had a few calls with the team and they were very honest and transparent with everything from pricing and what is right for my business. Great team.

We've worked with ShipBots for our 3PL fulfillment and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their team is super professional, always responsive, and they consistently ship orders on time. We’ve rarely had any issues and on the rare occasion something does come up, it's resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them to any brand looking for a reliable fulfillment partner.

Working with Shipbots has been a standout experience, thanks to Mikey. His commitment to customer service is second to none—he went above and beyond at every step. Mikey brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, and his communication is always clear, timely, and on point. If you're looking for a fulfillment partner that truly delivers the 5-star treatment, I highly recommend Shipbots—and make sure you ask for Mikey. He’s a real asset to the team. Thank you again, Matt M.

Payam, Andres and the Team have been absolutely incredible throughout the onboarding process and we are now in a steady flow to allow us to focus on scaling. The shipping rates are extremely reasonable and they have been extremely fast to action any issues or mistakes on our end. We also had complicated custom kitting rerquirements which were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We have used other 3PL's in the past and they have been fraught with issues. I would highly recommend Shipbots for any size of business.

Leadership always starts at the top and Payam is always there when we need him. That seems to trickle down to everyone at the company. I would recommend Shipbots to anyone looking for a 3PL that cares about quality of service and is always willing to troubleshoot with you!

We’ve been using ShipBots as our 3PL partner, and they’ve exceeded our expectations! Their direct customer service is outstanding—no hold lines, just quick and efficient support. The warehouse costs are fair, their shipping rates are the most competitive we’ve found, and their fulfillment accuracy is 100%. We couldn’t ask for a better partner for our logistics needs. Highly recommend!

ShipBots has restored my confidence in 3PLs. I had a horrible experience prior and wasn’t expecting much better, however, I am amazed by the difference. Their level of professionalism and responses impressive. I can honestly say that I have not had a single order error since I started with them about six months ago. Their team Is helpful and responsive. Their system ensures efficiency, and has taken the stress of fulfillment off of my plate. As a founder, this has been invaluable. I highly recommend them to any small business for their fulfillment needs.
