Used the ship and store option when moving from chicago to new York and everything from beginning to end went as expected. After purchasing my shipping labels online someone called me to confirm all details and sent labels. They also scheduled the carrier pick up for me. I picked up my boxes a month after in new york and the process was simple as well. Note: pick up is only M-F during business hours and give at least 2 days notice. I would use them again.

I was extremely impressed with this company. Our particular situation was an emergency. We accidentally left behind 2 pieces of luggage that belonged to my 10-year-old granddaughter. In her luggage was everything. We were traveling by car for three days and only discovered the missing luggage the first night. What was devastating was she didn't have her 'Teddy', her blanket and her pillow. We used the online site to start the process, then I contacted customer service and the gentleman was so kind in helping us finish processing the order. We had our luggage at our destination in the timeframe that he mentioned. And what is so amazing was that it was during Christmas week. The luggage was dropped off by our next door neighbor on the 22nd of December and we received the luggage at our destination on the 26th! I will always use this company for any of my shipping needs! Top notch customer service!
