Disgraceful, delivery promises were way off. No update, no response to emails. Don’t buy from them if you’d prefer to keep your money in the bank. Customer service non existent. Will never buy from them again. Nice bitten, twice shy.

Very very poor responce from this customers services department numerous requests for more information and then said they can’t help. Do not order from this company they do not reply and when they do their responce time and help is not offered

I ordered these online from their pre-christmas mass advertising campaign from social media. It was a present listed from Santa Claus. "Expected delivery" was a few days, no issues, right?! Fast forward to 19th Dec and still no delivery, like 2mths later....and despite emailing etc no response. I have 2 very disappointed boys Christmas morning now ;(

Ordered but still not arrived. On further investigation this is a Chinese site and the goods are then shipped in. The same shin pads are on Amazon for half the price. Quality in reviews is questionable and several clubs have banned these type of guards as they do not offer the same level of protection.

Ordered on 26th November, still have not received my order. Broken order tracking links and no clue that it will be shipped from China. If I knew that, would never have ordered. Constant communication that it's still on the way doesn't help if your links are broken. Looks like I'll be getting a chargeback on my credit card.

Unfortunately I cannot put a zero Shocking company, diabolical customer service Ordered on 20/11/25 Keep getting told they are out for delivery. They’ve been ‘out for delivery ‘ since 02/12/25!!! What are they doing? Walking their way to me?? Have asked for a gerund only to be ignored

I ordered it more than 3 weeks ago and never received it. Now, if I try to visit the website, it doesn’t exist anymore…
