The foam inside the shinpads completely disintegrated within 9 months of purchase, despite following the care and washing instructions. Shin Defender didn't want to know, as it was 'outside their 30 day return window'. Very disappointing for a premium priced product.

I ordered this product and it was too small. I asked how I could go about exchanging it and they said they don’t offer free returns and I’d have to pay for shipping to China! It’s a complete scam. Don’t buy from this store

Awful customer service took ages to be sent and now refusing my consumer right to return the goods within 14 days. Will never buy from here again. Update - if you want to return an item you have to pay to send it back to China. What a con.

Nothing in particular with the order… just not the best fit and son doesn’t like them so after a full refund….. this is where the issue is…. Their customer service is hard work. Full refund if I ship back to China! Or various other offers like well give you the credit to buy something else off of the website, we’ll give you 20% back. All I want is my full money back without incurring half the price of the item in postage charges. Wish I had more reviews before purchasing. And they seem to be able to remove negative comments on their Facebook adverts!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. They ship from china. It's been over a week and I have still not received my order that they said would take 4 -8 days. and the tracking number doesn't work and their customer service doesn't respond. should have just ordered on amazon. don't fall for the instagram and facebook ads people. not worth it!

Mine came damaged. I’ve sent many of emails. When they asked for pictures I sent them and then everything went ghost and never heard back from anybody. This is such a rip off and a horrible company.

Ordered 2 sets of shin guards on 8/27 - Received an email stating my order had been shipped on 8/29. On 9/4 I received an email stating my items were "undeliverable". I was home at the time of the "attempted delivery" and there was zero reason why a delivery couldn't make it to my house. Amazon and the USPS both made it there that day without any issue. I have tried reaching out to the company via email and facebook with no response. I have also reached out directley to ShinDefenders shipping company "GOFO". The phone number does not connect. I was able to reach a representative via WhatsApp, which they state is there preferred method of contact. Every time I spoke with someone I was disconnected just as I waited for a response on where my shipment was. The one time I connected long enough to receive a response I verified my shipping address and then was told "we cant provide any estimated shipping info". Im so confused. How can the shipping company not provide delivery info? This company is based out of country and I should have read Trust Pilot before ordering. Do not order from this website or you will be scammed. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank since the company ghosted me.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** Joke of a company. Item sent nothing like advertised sent proof of this and still refusing to refund without sending back at my expense!!! Still in conflict with them now trying to fight for my rights as a consumer to get a full refund
