Scam, Shield skin care! Buyer beware!!!

I purchased a single shipment and they auto enrolled me in a subscription. When I went to their page to cancel the subscription, they only allow a 16 week shipment delay which is ILLEGAL in the state in which i placed my order. There is a "click to cancel" requirement by law.

One of the slimiest online purchasing experiences I have ever had. I went out on a limb and tried a Shield product. I was then apparently enrolled in an autoship subscription renewing every four weeks—something I did not knowingly authorize or understand that I had agreed to. When Shield processed a second order and charged my card, I contacted them immediately, demanded cancellation, and made it clear that the shipment was unauthorized. They shipped it anyway. Shield instructed me to refuse delivery and specifically promised that I would receive a full refund without having to complete any additional return process. I placed a clearly visible note on my door refusing the package, but the delivery driver ignored it and left the package while I was away. I then asked Shield for a prepaid return label. They refused, demanded that I pay to return the product, and acted as though not charging a restocking fee was somehow doing me a favor. First they offered a 30% refund to keep the unwanted product, then increased it to 50%. When I declined, they asked me not to file a chargeback because chargebacks hurt their small business. That response was astonishing. Shield created this situation through an autoship practice that I did not knowingly authorize, ignored my immediate cancellation request, shipped the order, and then expected me to spend my own money correcting it. Asking me to feel sorry for the company after all of that was insulting. The entire experience felt calculated, deceptive, and scam-like. I have disputed the charge with my credit card issuer and would never purchase anything from Shield again. Potential customers should scrutinize every part of the checkout process and be extremely cautious about providing this company with a payment method.

I wanted to try the product and purchase 1 bottle. The following month, this SNEAKY website said I was signed up for auto-renewal and shipped out another product. They are giving me a hard time about the refund as of right now they have not refunded me.

I purchased a replica shield in Dec of 2023 as a gift. I’ve never received it and have been unable to reach them through any communication channels. They are the worst kind of people!

The item purchased when received looked cheap and in my opinion would not fool any would be thief. I have seen children's toy guns that looked more realistic. The items ware made in China like most of these items and retail on the Internet anywhere form $2.99 to $20.99 at Best Buy. Yes the items are the same. It just depends on what the market is willing to pay. I contacted the company the next day and got an RMA return number and sent them back. Beside paying shipping which came a day later since the shipper wrote the wrong address on the box but I had to pay the return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. Basically the company got their money back for their investment and will probably resell the item to someone else. I did find a company that manufactures a security camera for the real thing and a duplicate of the real thing that is a dummy camera. You cannot tell the difference.Purchasing the new cameras, even with shipping turned out to be the same price I paid for the first cameras even with the return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Extremely happy with the new purchase. The new cameras even have the name of the company on them and they are a recognized security name. People need to do a little research before buying either the real thing or a dummy camera as a deterrent.
