Really smooth transition. Officers actively working on loan and its easy to reach them. Both processor and loan officer responded to me, called me, and told me step by step what was needed from me. They updated me constantly about what was happening on their end. Jordan my officer was timely, thorough, and consistent. Definitely recommend him.

Emily is the best! No one has ever clearly explained the process to me before like she has. I always feel like people throw a bunch of words at me and ask me to sign papers, she makes sure there’s not a second I’m left with any confusion. She helped me pay off certain loans I thought I would never ever get rid of. She was the light at the end of my tunnel. Never have I ever felt more clarity doing any type of business. She is the sweetest and I truly thankyou Emily for everything you’ve done for my family.

Emily is truly so kind!!! She treated us like we were family. She truly helped me get out of such a dark place. She explains things so clearly and makes me feel confident. I can truly say I’ve never felt that way during these transactions before. Emily is truly someone who has your best interest at heart and would recommend her to all my friends and family!!
