Shicloth StoreReviews of shicloth.com

I ordered a Disney anniversary pen. Pictured it was a beautiful pen, gold with a really nice Mickey on it. What I got was a cheap fake Mickey pen. I wrote them and they sent me another Mickey pen that was different from the first but just as cheap. I finally received a refund with the help of PayPal.

Complete garbage. I ordered a pen. It was to be embossed A few stickers on a crappy pen

I strongly advise against purchasing from Skicloth.com. The products I received were nothing like the descriptions or photos on the website. Items labeled with the same size (L / M) were clearly different in actual measurements, making most of them unusable. One pair of leggings was made of thin, see-through fabric, and several items lacked basic product information such as material composition or country of origin. I contacted customer service multiple times, provided photos, and clearly explained the issues. Instead of issuing a proper refund, they repeatedly claimed the items were “correct,” suggested that I give the products to other people, and offered small compensation amounts ($12 → $18 → $23 → $28) to make the problem go away. This is not how a legitimate business handles defective or non-conforming products. The refusal to honor a refund despite clear evidence is unacceptable. I have escalated the matter through my card issuer and consumer protection authorities. Based on my experience, this company does not stand behind its products or its policies. Buyer beware.
