Poor product. Wasn't the color or style ordered. Arrived in a plastic bag. This is a China company. Cant get a refund or return - not sure why this company appears on a Google search. Should be removed in my opinion. TOTALLY NOT LEGITIMATE

My friend is currently battling cancer and needed a wig so she could continue working with confidence. She trusted this company based on the photos, but what she received looked nothing like what was advertised. The color, part, and overall quality were completely different. Instead of making it right, they offered an $18 refund and told her to sell the wig herself. Because the wig wasn’t wearable, she was forced to spend hundreds more on a replacement during an already difficult and expensive time. Do better.

Sheshair sent a wig color other than that which was selected. They refused reimbursement or replacement without the customer first sending the undesired order (at the customer's expense) to China (for which they said the shipping would be both expensive and a long wait in receiving partial credit as Sheshare would be claiming their own portion for services rendered). And the site purposely did not name returns would have to be sent to China. But also, they denied any possibility of error for a wrong order. And, my credit card company reported Sheshair's claim that I had rec'd my order.

This company is a scam. The wig I received was SUBSTANTIALLY different in color than the Swedish Almond wig I ordered. They offered $20 refund, then 50%, or full refund if I mailed it to their address in CHINA: ok, if you don't want to keep it, you can return it back, after we receive your package, we will give you a full refund, ok? or we can give you 50% as compensation, you need not to spend more to return it.do you accept? here is the return address: Pengfei Zhou, 12 floor, Block C, Jiaqiaoyueshan International, No.199 Tianbu West Road, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China T: 0551 6265 5510 Zip Code: 230031 Please make sure that all the items will be in no used state. Please mark the value on the package as $20, or the parcel will be detained by customs. (please don’t use DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT) Do NOT trust the positive reviews. Notice the poor English. I have reported them to FTC, PayPal and my credit card company.

I ordered a wig from sheshair and I realized I made an error with the color selection when it arrived. I contacted the company by email and they responded promptly with a couple of reasonable options to correct my error. I was pleased with their material and workmanship. I ordered 2 wigs with this company totaling $400. The wigs that were received were not the right style, length or color. Quite honestly, they did not look like human hair and looked like costume wigs. When I immediately emailed them regarding a refund, I was offered $40 and to keep the wigs. When I told them no, they said $100 and to keep the wigs. This continued until I opened a claim with PayPal. I still have not gotten my money back after shipping them their ridiculous wigs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT USE this website to order any hair products or their wigs i ordered a wig with auburn and warm gold highlights but got one solid copper brassy colored wig the style was a pixie cut but the style I received is about 5 and half inches all over one length. When I got in contact with the company I was told that the color I see on the computer would be different from the actual color I am a licensed cosmetologist and also a computer information specialist. I think the company is a scam PLEASE DO NOT order from this website I highlighted one star because that’s the only I was able to get to write a review THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM please disregard the o e star it deserves.
